To change the icons you can use Desktop Visualizer or any launcher like Go Launcher, Nova Launcher, ADW Launcher, Launcher Pro, etc.

✖ INSTRUCTIONS
1. Click on the Application
2. Download the file
3. Download AndroZip or Astro or any other File Manager
4. Locate the file in your downloads folder with a File Manager
5. Extract the folder to your Gallery
6. There are four sub-folders named according to the colors in the folder you just extracted
